Tupelo Honey is a light honey with a greenish cast. It is awesome on pancakes. A great replacement for syrup! This honey was harvested from the white tupelo trees that bloom in the Florida Panhandle. It has a delicate flavor with a slight cinnamon aftertaste. Some diabetics are allowed to eat this honey. You may also know this honey as Eulee s Gold from the movie with Peter Fonda!
Due to the low harvest of Tupelo honey in 2015 we are forced to change the retail price while supplies last!
