The 2017 Dehesa de la Sabina is a perfectly balanced extra virgin olive oil that, as an early harvest, displays exceptional fruitiness and high antioxidant content. Acidity: 0.11%

Our biodynamic and environmental practices have enabled the return of dozens of species of plants and animals to their original habitat: our olive groves.
