TABLE SAW installation method leaves a tiny notch exposed on the edge of the door where the elbow of the hinge will be visible and flush with edge of door for a nice look. For 100% concealed look you must use a PLUNGE ROUTER and leave approx. 1/16" of wood uncut on the outer edge of door
