3.If the photos and videos not from camera,you need to use your computer,create folder called "DCIM" to the root of your SD card.Photos and videos should under the root of "DCIM". Copy the photos and videos into the DCIM folder.
4.Using MediaInfo to check if the video files are H.264 or MPEG-4.Rename each photo and video file like this "MVI_XXXX.",where XXXX is a unique number. For example, if you had one JPG file and one.MOV file,name them MVI_0001.JPG and MVI_002.MOV.
