A3: Both okay. It also fits great under clothes. If you wear dark color it won t. If you wear white, cream color it does show. It will show the line where your belt is if you wear tight fitting clothes.

A4: The belt is very easy to get on independently or adjust to make tighter and looser throughout the day by yourself.
