No retail packaging.( We charge 15% restocking fee and we do not reimburse return freight charges. If a manufacturer defect is found when returned then the restocking fee will be waived. If manufacturer defect is found then you must include a copy of the ground freight receipt in the box to be reimbursed for freight charges)
