※If your suction is failing. ①clean your counter top!(not to be used on tiles with grout) Make sure all surfaces are dry. ②clean the rubber seal on the bottom, slightly dampen the seal with water, make sure the bottom of the juicer is free from debris, food chunks, pieces, etc...③DO NOT CRANK FURIOUSLY as you re trying to juice. Keep the cranking action calm and centered. It helps if you use the tamper to put a bit of downward pressure with your other hand too.
How to clean ---
◇Please release the Lock(rotate the button anticlockwise)before removing the Feeder Tube out of the Suction Base.
◇No scrubbing necessary. Rinse with water, wipe with a sponge or paper towels and lay it out to air dry.
◇Rotate the discharge tube anticlockwise to take out the screw extractor before cleaning, then reinsert it and other parts with clean water.
