When a leak is detected, the sensor sends an alert direct to the EBV105 and it turns off the water. A separate controller or Smart Home HUB is required.Compatible with SmartThings, Vera, Wink, Homeseer and most Z-Wave Smart Home Controllers and Gateways.The kit is easy to install and configure. No special tools or plumbing are required. The included brackets supports installation on to standard ball valves in 3 sizes.
