Make perfect shell free eggs in just a few easy steps!
Step 1: Fill a pot with a few inches of water, just below the rim of the egg-cup. Avoid letting the cups float to prevent spills, and bring water to a rolling boil.
Step 2: Thoroughly and evenly coat the inside of each egg cup with cooking spray, remove excess oil, and crack a whole egg into each cup. For best results, avoid using jumbo eggs to prevent overflow. Screw the lid onto the rim of the egg cup tightly and carefully place into the boiling water by the handle. Refer to the information below for cooking times.
Step 3: Remove the egg cups from the pot and let cool until desired consistency is reached.
Step 4: Once your egg cup has cooled, remove the cap and separate your eggs from the cup using a spoon. Gently squeeze or shake the egg out of the cup, onto a plate, and enjoy!
Cooking Times: 8-10 minutes (soft-boiled), 11-13 minutes (medium-boiled), 13-16 minutes (hard-boiled), 13-15 minutes (omelettes)
