FOCUS AND KEYSTONE CORRECTIONS The focus on the projector is controlled manually by turning the lens of the unit. I had pretty good results overall once I got the thing dialed in which can take a minute or two. There is a keystone control on the back that controls the angle (up or down 15 degree Vertical) of the screen, this allows you to position the projector lower or higher than the screen and compensate for the picture making it much easier to position the projector.
REMOTE CONTROL The Video Projector comes with a remote control that takes two AAA batteries, not included. One thing I want to point out is that the IR eye that receives the signals is on the back of the projector. So if you are sitting in front of it the remote is kind of useless unless you get a device to bounce the IR signal.
