Light (0.6mm) - 10-15lbs
Medium (0.8mm) - 15-20lbs
Heavy (1.0mm) - 20-25lbs
X-Heavy (1.2mm) - 25-30lbs
XX-Heavy (1.5mm) - 45-60lbs
(Note: Range of weight in lbs correlates to the resistance of the band when stretched to up to 3x its length.)
