MAINTENANCE OF THE MACHINE

b. Never wash the machine with water or in the dishwasher.
c. Please use a brush or a wooden rod when you clean the machine.
d. To clean the internal part of the machine, please remove the plastic protectors.
e. If necessary put several drops of olive oil at the ends of the cutting rollers.
f. Do not insert knives or cloths in between the rollers.
g. After use, replace the machine and its accessories back in their original box.
