Instruction

STEP 1: Coarse sharpening: Place knife on the sharpening slot. Using light pressure pull the blade back in a horizontal motion, drawing the blade through the slot from base to tip. Repeat this motion 2-3 times.

Don t push and/or forcefully pull the knife back and forth!

STEP 2: Fine honing: This necessary step eliminates the burrs on the knife as well as returning the knife to optimum sharpness with a polished look. Honing your knife should be done regularly dependent on use.
