Displayed temperature is not consistent
LED display operates in two different modes
Mode A. When temperature knob is turned LED display flashes and shows temperature setting.
Mode B. Display shows current temperature as measured at the bottom of wax can.
Wax is too brittle, breaks into pieces, and does not remove hair.
Hard wax maintains its elasticity within narrow range of temperatures. Wait 30-45 seconds after applying wax on the surface of a skin. Remove wax strip by pulling at 45-degree angle once wax stops being sticky to the touch while it still maintaining elasticity.
Wax hardly removes any hair
Make sure your hair is at least ¼ of an inch. Thoroughly prepare skin for hair removal by first taking a shower and gently cleaning your skin with non-greasy toner. Oil residue and sweat prevent wax from clinging to the hair strands making hair removal very difficult. To ensure that wax clings to the hair well, it must be a consistency of a honey, liquid, but not too runny. If you are novice, first practice on hands and armpits before attempting to remove hair on legs. Legs generally have deeply rooted hair that is more difficult to remove.
