1.Does the DVR have hard drive installed in it? The hard drive is not included.You have to buy it separately, a 3.5" Sata internal hard drive, we recommend Seagate and West Data brand, not less than 500GB. Please format the HDD when you first use.
2.Does this dvr work with HD-TVI, CVI or SDI cameras? No! When you use this recorder as an NVR, please confirm your cameras support Onvif, or it will not be comptiable.
3.Said it is 1080P, how it can work with my 1080P ip cameras? In default, it is as a dvr. If you want to hook up the ip cameras with this recorder, please choose channel type first. Main menu---System---Channel---Channel Type.
4.What is the app for mobile phone viewing? You can download XMEye app on your smartphone.
5.The default ip for this dvr is 192.168.1.10, how it work with my device? Please revise the gateway and DNS when you first use, ensure the dvr and your computer/router are in the same network. Setting---System---Network
