The Mundial Mundihunt line was developed by mad cow cutlery - one of the north America’s leading commercial knife distributors and designers. The Mundihunt was developed with durability, utility and safety in mind. Blades are constructed of high-carbon stainless steel, allowing for a longer knife edge, without being too hard to reshape. Edge features a higher, meat processor preferred grind that cuts easily. The handle is dual injection molded onto the tang and blade, to produce a strong bond. The inner core features a dense polymer for strength, while the outer layer is a soft grip (rubber like) polymer that provides extra traction and comfort. The orange handles are easy to locate. The 10" round sharpening steel features a dual cut, meaning two opposite sides are smooth, to help keep your knife edge straight and lightly hone, while two opposite sides are fine cut to help sharpen when needed. All items are made in brazil by Mundial, one of the world s largest commercial knife and shears manufacturers.
