Our 5PL1 4.75 gal. polycarbonate pan and custom lid are a great choice for "medium to heavy" sous vide applications, providing an inch more water bath depth (8.5") than our larger 6.5 gal. pan but with a smaller countertop footprint. The 4.75 gal. pan is popular also because of the lid design that allows it to be used either right-side up or inverted so it "drops-in". The lid is customized to fit Anova (One, Wifi or Bluetooth), Gourmea (130 or 140), Sansaire, Kitchen Gizmo and Nomiku Classic immersion circulators and is designed to reduce evaporation loss and energy consumption. Pan is 4.75 gallon max. capacity, 18" x 12" x 8" deep, NSF and FDA certified resin, withstands boiling water and is dishwasher safe.
