Knife Care Tips
As with any product, improper care of this knife can severely damage the blade. As a general principle, we strongly recommend caution when chopping away. Our advanced edge retention can be dangerous when used without care or consideration.
Caution:
The most efficient and effective way to slice up your groceries is with a forward & backward slicing motion. The up and down chopping motion generally speaking should be avoided unless the nature of want you are slicing away would require such a chopping effort (as this can often contribute to the dulling of the knife.)

As with most Stainless Steel blades this knife is dishwasher safe and is tried and tested to ensure a maximum corrosion resistance element but nonetheless, dishwashing with corrosive dishwashing solutions can contribute to minor rust spots over time.
