Just simply place waterproof tape light above the pin(no need remove waterproof coating)and press cap down, the pin will go through FPCB from back and contact copper layer.When connecting to wire, the pin can pierce the insulation of wire and contact the cable core inside. All this can be done with a pliers which means it can really free you from difficult and dangerous solering iron operation.
