Now you can squeeze your favorite piping mix through just one of these tips and instantly you ll create a beautiful flower. You ll be amazed at how easy it is to impress your family, friends or customers with amazing flower creations.

How do I use these tips?

These are very large tips. If you re used to using a coupler, they will not fit. No worries however since you don t need a coupler with these tips.
•Cut off about 2 ½ inches from the bottom of one of the pastry bags included.
•Push the tip through the inside of the bag and out of the hole you created at the bottom of the bag.
•If the tip doesn t go through the hole, take it out and cut a little more off the bottom of the bag.
•The bag needs to be tight around the tip. You should not need to tape it but some like placing tape around the bag and tip so nothing moves.
•Fill the bag with your favorite piping/pastry recipe.
•Pinch the top of the bag to close and seal and the squeeze the bag and the piping mix will come out of the tip and create a beautiful flower.
While it will become easier to make the flowers, it does take a little practice. The biggest problem most first-time users have is their buttercream mixture is not thick enough to form flowers. It needs to have a thicker consistency than what you may be used to while decorating cakes with other tips. If you need to make it thicker, put it in the freezer for 3-5 minutes. Repeat if it gets soft again. Keep trying! Soon, you ll be making beautiful flowers on your cakes.
