Q1.How to Pair your device and Turn off?
1: Long press the button of both earbuds until the both earbuds power on. ( the earbuds connect each other automatically)
2: Turn on your phone`s bluetooth, search and connect "XHH-ES60(R)".
3: When the earbuds are paired, long press the button of one of the earbuds, they will turn off automatically.
Q2.Why there is only one earbud playing music ?
1.Make sure your both earbuds have been turned on and paired each other, and your phone s bluetooth is connected with "XHH-ES60(R)".
2. If not yet, Please re-pair the earbuds. Turn off the earbuds and delete the "XHH-ES60(R)" from the phone. Turn on the both earbuds, double press the right earbud(set it as the major earbud). It is successful, if voice prompt "pairing, paired" from the right earbud. Then connect "XHH-ES60(R)".
Q3. How to connect only the Left (or Right) earbud to your phone?
1. If the earbuds are paired, double press the right earbud ( the major earbud) to unpair.
2. Search "XHH-ES60(L)" or "XHH-ES60(R)" in the phone and connect it.
