A narrow C bearing means that you can tug on the string and make the yoyo wake up and come back to your hand, like a traditional yoyo should operate. Want non-responsive / unresponsive yoyo play? Good news! There is also a wide, angled C bearing included. Install it, and you can use this as as unresponsive yoyo for binding tricks when you are ready to advance to that level.
